No one can degrade us except ourselves; that if we are worthy, no influence can defeat us. What do you think?

sadness is a mood very uncomfortable, I believe that one way to eliminate the sadness is having fun on the side of those who most want, and provide a unique love without expecting anything in return

Hi Simon,
It is so true that every thing is relative. I do believe as well that there is nothing good or bad and even the bad days and experiences has a gift for us. It pushes us to evolve and find our best and be our best or just simply bring us to the moment.
To me when ever I do what I love to do and when I create I have a good day. That is when I feel connected most . Through music , Art ,healing and writing from the heart specially creative dancing through inspiration.
I hope everyone finds their good days through inspiration and that is when we are truly happy. I was inspired to inspire people to get there through healing.
Thank you for Inspiration,
Shohreh

Hi Simon,

This is such a good point. Sometimes all it takes to get re-energized is to switch our perspective.

I wanted to let you know, that I listened to your interview on First30Days and found you very inspiring. I've since subscribed to ReFocus and wrote a post sharing your insights: http://tenaciousme3.wordpress.com/2010/02/01/what-is-your-why/
